NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

Gorinshteyn & Watkins, LLC, 7000 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Building 17, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30328 ("Sponsor"). The giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by BMW AG, BMW of North America, or BMW of Gwinnett Place.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

3. How to enter

Register for a free guest pass on this website or at Sponsor's tent at the event on November 15, 2026, before the relevant drawing. Each registrant receives one entry number. Limit one entry per person and per mobile phone number. Duplicate or automated registrations may be disqualified.

4. Drawings

Drawings take place at the event at BMW of Gwinnett Place, 3264 Commerce Ave, Duluth, GA 30096, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Dash cam drawings are held approximately every 15 minutes during the event. The grand prize drawing is held at approximately 12:00 PM. Winners are selected at random from eligible entry numbers. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

5. Must be present to win

A winner must be present at Sponsor's tent when their number is called and show a valid photo ID matching the registration. If a selected entrant is not present or not eligible, an alternate number is drawn. Each person may win no more than one dash cam and one grand prize.

6. Prizes

• Grand prize (1): two (2) tickets to the BMW Driving Experience. Program dates, location and conditions are set by the program operator. Travel, lodging and any other costs are the winner's responsibility.
• Dash cam prizes: one dash cam per drawing.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Free merchandise

A T-shirt or cap is offered to registered guests who check in at Sponsor's tent, while supplies last. Sizes and styles are not guaranteed.

8. Your information

Sponsor uses your name, phone number and email to run the giveaways, contact winners and, only if you opted in, send you texts, calls and emails. Sponsor does not sell your information. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Messages are sent in English.

9. No attorney and client relationship

Registering, entering, or talking with an attorney at the event does not create an attorney and client relationship and is not legal advice.

10. General

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaways if circumstances beyond its control prevent them from running as planned. Void where prohibited. Questions: Info@GWTrial.com.
